Careers at Ibtivia
We are building a team of engineers who care about finishing things properly. If you have ever been frustrated by a project that shipped badly because nobody would say the difficult thing — you will fit in here.
Life here
What we offer
Real mentorship
Every engineer has a practice lead who reviews their work and owns their growth plan. Not an annual form.
Learning budget
An annual budget and dedicated time for certifications, courses and conferences.
Flexible working
Remote or hybrid depending on the role. Where a role needs hardware or on-site access we say so honestly.
Varied work
Because we work across four pillars and several industries, engineers can move across domains instead of maintaining one module for years.
Clear progression
Published levels with explicit expectations. You should never have to guess what a promotion requires.
Sane delivery culture
We estimate honestly, so crunch is an exception we investigate rather than a quarterly ritual.

Send a speculative applicationHiring process
Four steps, about two weeks
We will not put you through six rounds. Our process is designed to respect your time and to show you what the work is actually like.
Intro call — 30 minutes
A conversation with the practice lead about your experience and what you are looking for.
Technical discussion — 60 to 90 minutes
A working conversation about real problems in your domain. No algorithm puzzles unrelated to the job.
Practical exercise
A short, paid take-home or a pair-programming session — your choice. Scoped to a few hours, never a weekend.
Offer and feedback
A decision within three working days, with written feedback either way.
