Enterprise Cybersecurity & Compliance

Corporate and application security — penetration testing, secure SDLC, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness, and IEC 62443 for industrial environments.

Overview

Security engineered in, then proven by testing

Part of our Enterprise Solutions, IT & Consulting practice.

This practice covers your organisation and the software it builds: cloud estates, applications, networks, people and the certifications your customers ask for. Vehicle cybersecurity is a separate discipline with separate standards — it sits in our Automotive pillar.

We do both halves of the job here: the engineering that designs risk out, and the adversarial testing that checks whether it worked.

Capabilities

What we deliver

Penetration testing

Application, API, mobile, cloud, network and wireless testing, with reproducible findings, evidence and a severity rating your developers can act on.

Secure SDLC & DevSecOps

SAST, DAST, SCA and secret scanning wired into CI, dependency and SBOM management, and vulnerability triage developers can keep up with.

Threat modelling & architecture review

STRIDE and attack-tree modelling, secure architecture and cryptographic design review, and secure coding standards for your stack.

ISO 27001 & SOC 2 readiness

Gap assessment, ISMS design, control implementation, policy sets and evidence collection ahead of certification audit.

Industrial security (IEC 62443)

OT/IT segmentation, zone and conduit design, asset inventory and risk assessment for plant and process environments.

Incident readiness

Response playbooks, tabletop exercises, logging and detection design, and post-incident review that produces engineering changes rather than blame.

How we work

A predictable path from first call to handover

No two engagements are identical, but the shape is consistent — so you always know what happens next and what you get at the end of each stage.

Engagement models

Model the threat

Assets, attackers, attack paths and impact. The output is a ranked risk list, not a generic checklist.

Design the controls

Proportionate controls chosen against those risks, specified precisely enough for engineers to implement.

Test adversarially

Penetration testing and security verification against the implemented system, with reproducible findings.

Remediate and re-test

Fix support, re-test of closed findings, and a report suitable for customers, auditors and regulators.

Outcomes

What changes for you

  • A risk picture that reflects your business, not a template.
  • Findings that come with a proof of concept and a concrete fix, not just a CVSS score.
  • Evidence packaged for ISO 27001, SOC 2 or a customer security questionnaire.
  • Security checks in the pipeline that fail the build, so regressions do not reach production.

Questions

Frequently asked

How is this different from Automotive Cybersecurity?

Different standards, different targets, different engineers. This practice secures your company and its software. Automotive Cybersecurity secures the vehicle — ISO/SAE 21434, ECUs, HSMs, type approval.

Is a penetration test enough for compliance?

Rarely. Most frameworks want evidence of a process — threat modelling, secure development, patching and monitoring — with testing as one input among several.

How often should we re-test?

Annually at minimum, and after any significant architectural change. Continuous scanning in CI covers the gap between tests.
