Web, Mobile & Cloud
Cloud Architecture & DevOps
Infrastructure as code, pipelines that deploy safely, and a cloud bill you understand. We build the platform your product teams ship on.
A deploy should be a non-event: small, frequent, reversible and observable. When it is not, every other engineering problem gets harder.
We build the pipeline, the environments and the guardrails that make that true, then transfer them to your team with the documentation and access model to run it themselves.
Capabilities
What we deliver
Cloud architecture
Landing zones, multi-account and multi-environment design, networking and identity on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, with a cost model attached to the design.
Infrastructure as code
Terraform and Bicep/CloudFormation modules, environment parity, drift detection and a review process for infrastructure changes.
CI/CD
Build, test and deployment pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps. Blue-green and canary releases, automated rollback and release gates.
Containers & orchestration
Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) and serverless workloads, service mesh where it is justified, autoscaling and resource-request tuning.
Observability & SRE
Metrics, logs and traces, SLOs with error budgets, actionable alerting, on-call runbooks and blameless incident review.
FinOps & cost control
Tagging strategy, rightsizing, commitment planning, and a monthly report that maps spend to teams and products.
How we work
A predictable path from first call to handover
No two engagements are identical, but the shape is consistent — so you always know what happens next and what you get at the end of each stage.
Engagement modelsBaseline
Review the current estate, pipelines and spend. You get a prioritised list of risks and quick wins in the first fortnight.
Build the platform
Landing zone, IaC modules and a reference pipeline, proven by migrating one real service end to end.
Migrate and harden
Remaining workloads moved in waves, with security controls, backup and disaster recovery tested rather than assumed.
Transfer
Runbooks, training and a co-operation period where your engineers drive and we assist.
Outcomes
What changes for you
- Deployment frequency up and change-failure rate down — measured, not claimed.
- Environments that can be rebuilt from code after a bad day.
- Cloud spend that is attributable and forecastable, typically 20–35% lower after rightsizing.
- An on-call rotation with runbooks a new joiner can follow at 3am.

Questions
Frequently asked
We are already on the cloud but it is a mess. Where do you start?
With a baseline review. Usually the first wins are cost, secrets handling and rebuilding the deployment pipeline — cheapest to fix, most visible.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Often not. We are happy to tell you when managed services or containers-on-serverless will serve you better and cost less to operate.
Can you run the platform for us?
Yes, under a managed service arrangement, or we build it and hand it over. Both are common.
